While visiting NYC, an emergency arose where a rubber band fell off and a bracket broke, so my daughter urgently sought help from this orthodontic clinic.

Despite not having an appointment and being a walk-in, the staff at the counter greeted us warmly and kindly.

We are especially grateful to the doctor for being so friendly and accommodating, even though we were not her regular patients.
